Frank Mruk
Frank currently
serves as an Associate Dean – Business and Strategic Planning at the New York
Institute of Technology. Frank has an MBA from Pace University and a BArch from
Pratt Institute and has taught at NYIT, NYU, Parsons, The New School and the
BOMI Institute. For over eleven years Mr. Mruk has lead strategic planning
efforts at Wall Street Financial Service Companies AIG and Morgan Stanley. Mr.
Mruk is the co-founder of DMA, PLLC and its subsidiary DMA Academy and a
co-founder of the ASP Manhattan Chapter.
Howard Rohm
Howard is President and CEO of the Balanced Scorecard Institute. An
internationally recognized thought leader in strategic planning,
management, performance measurement, and balanced scorecard systems
design and implementation, Howard has 40 years experience as a planner,
manager, executive, facilitator, trainer, and consultant. Howard is an
engineer with bachelor and master degrees from Iowa State University and
George Washington University, respectively. Howard has worked in 67
countries and trained several thousand people over his career.
Randall Rollinson
Randall Rollinson is President of LBL Strategies, Ltd. Since 1985, LBL has served more than 2600 clients in a wide range of industries with practical strategy facilitation, board development and execution services. He often works with geographically dispersed leadership teams to achieve their goals by delivering solutions to the ultimate barriers challenging today’s strategy leaders: time and distance. His body of work includes the Certificate in Strategic Management Program, which won the 2001 Exemplar Award from the International Association for Continuing Education and Training, as an “exemplary, outstanding results-oriented program.” This blended online program is now offered in partnership with the Chicago Chapter of the Association for Strategic Planning. He just published a book entitled Strategy in the 21st Century. He holds an MBA in Management from DePaul University, a master’s degree in counseling and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Southern Illinois University.
David Wilsey
David is the Vice President of Education and Technology at the Balanced Scorecard Institute, where he has served as lead consultant and project manager on numerous strategic planning and performance management efforts. He also teaches balanced scorecard and performance management workshops, including the Balanced Scorecard Master Professional (BSMP) certification program. He has over 18 years of experience in a wide range of fields, including consulting, training, engineering, marketing, manufacturing, design, programming, research, education, and multimedia production. He has a bachelor's degree from Henderson State University and an MBA from North Carolina State University, with a concentration in Innovation Management.
